=>Find A domain name that best match your niche( You will always crack your brain for this )

=>Setup your blog: You can hire a pro to help you in this area doing it as a first time starter can be very difficult (You might go on setting some things wrong) don't worry You will learn alongside but don't learn with your life blog.
=>Now that your Blog is Ready does that make you a blogger? Not yet instead you're just a baby Blogger who will definitely become a blogger as time goes on (start publishing articles -Make them transparent, original, easy to read, niche related and SEO focus)
=>Build links around some of the posts your would want to rank top and also on your homepage (your main site URL)
=>Keep doing this repeatedly and keep growing your audience. Sooner or later they will know you for what you do, for what you offer (you will become a blogger)
=>Grow your blog, Grow it well, keep growing it. Money will always follow if only you can grow your blog.
